How does someone begin working with you?
People learn about us many different ways: word of mouth, family connections, internet searches. Meaning each initial contact can be a little different, but if you are reading this that means you are on our website. So, click on our ‘Contact Us’ button in the top right hand corner, send us a message, and we will get back to you about setting up a time to talk.
What happens after the initial discovery call?
After initial discussion with a potential new client—either by email or phone (preferred)—we provide a free, basic itinerary which we will re-work once if the client requests. If they wish to proceed and book the trip, we require a 25% deposit. At this time we can book and confirm all hotels/drivers and activities and work on a final itinerary.
Who can travel with Tournesol Travel?
Anyone is welcome! We are a luxury travel company catering to individuals, couples, and group travelers looking for a unique and memorable custom trip to France.
Doesn’t using a trip planner mean the price is higher than if the trip were self planned?
Self planning via the internet can certainly yield some cost savings. However, note that Tournesol Travel has entered into partnerships with local service providers, such that we are able to offer very competitive rates. Most importantly, we ensure that you are getting the best value for money, something that self planning is not always able to do.
Will the cost of the trip, accommodations, and excursions fluctuate?
The price may fluctuate after the trip has been booked, as some specific items, such as hotel room rates, may fluctuate between the time of initial pricing and the final commitment by the customer
